Om tjänsten
I en tid där energifrågorna blir allt viktigare söker vi nu en energichef med nyckelroll i att säkerställa att våra fastigheter drivs på ett energieffektivt, klimatsmart och ekonomiskt hållbart sätt. Detta är en nyinrättad roll och som energichef ansvarar du för att leda energienheten och dess sex medarbetare och skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för en effektiv och utvecklingsorienterad verksamhet. Genom att kombinera strategiskt arbete, analys och ett närvarande ledarskap driver du arbetet med energieffektivisering, energioptimering samt uppföljning och rapportering av energiprestanda i hela fastighetsbeståndet. Rollen innebär även att säkerställa att verksamhetens arbetssätt och processer är optimerade för att nå både våra energi- och hållbarhetsmål samt övergripande strategiska mål.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:
utveckla arbetet med energieffektivisering och energilösningar för hela fastighetsbeståndet
optimera arbetssätt samt säkerställa att vi har relevanta riktlinjer och instruktioner inom energiområdet
stödja drift- och förvaltningsorganisationen med energikompetens samt kalkylering och planering av energieffektiviserande åtgärder
sätta energimål för fastighetsbeståndet i samverkan med Hållbarhetsavdelningen
samarbeta med intressenter, t.ex. energibolag, för att nå våra klimatmål
följa upp och rapportera energimål för hela fastighetsbeståndet
kontinuerligt analysera mediaförbrukning och följa upp resultat av energioptimering i förvaltningen
ta fram bolagsövergripande statistik och rapportering inom energi
säkerställa att förvaltningen uppfyller myndighetskrav inom energiområdet samt bevaka nya krav och regelverk samt implementera dessa

Både rollen och enheten är nyinrättade, vilket innebär att du som energichef får vara med och både bygga teamet och utforma uppdraget.
Om dig
För att vara framgångsrik i rollen har du:
högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot energi, hållbarhet, bygg- eller fastighetsteknik, alternativt motsvarande kompetens som bedöms likvärdig
flerårig erfarenhet som ledare, där chefskap med direktrapporterande personal premieras
goda kunskaper inom energi och hållbarhet
god kännedom om energieffektivisering och fastigheters tekniska system
tidigare erfarenhet av arbete med energistatistik och energiberäkningar.

Meriterande:
kännedom om driftoptimering av fastigheter
erfarenhet av att leda utvecklingsprojekt inom energi och media

Din placeringsort är på någon av våra lokalkontor: Stockholm, Linköping, Göteborg, Lund, Örebro eller Sundsvall. Då medarbetarna på enheten är placerade på flera orter samt att vi har fastigheter i hela landet innefattar tjänsten resor inom Sverige. Körkort för personbil är därför ett krav.

Rekryteringsprocessen
Vi påbörjar urvalsarbetet efter att ansökningstiden har gått ut. Därefter kontaktar vi aktuella kandidater för att boka in intervjuer. Inför en eventuell anställning genomför vi en särskild säkerhetsbedömning där vi utför ett säkerhetssamtal och granskar lagakraftvunna domar från svenska domstolar. Innan anställning gör vi även alkohol- och drogtest via vår företagshälsovård. SVEA Solar är Sveriges största installatör av solceller med cirka 300 medarbetare i hela landet. Arbetsuppgifter

Rollen som områdeschef är en spännande och bred kombination mellan praktiskt installationsarbete och ett övergripande personalansvar. Tjänsten är varierande där merparten av din arbetstid spenderas ute på projekt tillsammans med ditt team. Vidare är du arbetsgivarens förlängda arm och ansvarar bland annat för att installationer utförs korrekt, att tidsplanen hålls samt att arbetsmiljön håller god kvalité. Resor i tjänsten kan förekomma.

I rollen ingår det även:

• Samordna och leda arbetslagen
• Utföra installationer på tak
• Inventera och hålla koll på lagerstatus
• Personalansvar - inkl medarbetarsamtal, lönesamtal mm.
• Hålla en kontinuerlig dialog med stöttande funktioner
• Representera SVEA Solar genom att bygga relationer lokalt

Area Warehouse Örebro is part of NCE Supply Chain Operations which covers the supply chain in Northern and Central Europe. The primary responsibility of our warehouse is to pack and deliver materials to service technicians in Sweden. Moreover, we handle deliveries for urgent demand in other countries in Europe and we have on-call service during the weekends. Responsibilities
Ensure warehouse activities are done in a safe manner
Receive inbound shipments from the regional warehouse in Germany as well as return surplus stock to the regional warehouse in Germany
Perform pick, pack, and ship and handle non-conformities
Book transport
Receive return shipments from service vans
On-call service on the weekends
Commercial invoice and dangerous goods handling

Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience with warehousing
Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and in writing
Vocational training or solid work experience in Warehouse and logistics
SAP experience with warehouse transactions
Forklift certificate and driving license
Familiar with the Microsoft Office package
Driving license
