Are you passionate about designing robust CRM solutions and delivering seamless user experiences? Epiroc is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to lead and take overall ownership of the design and integration of our Salesforce platform across global operations. In this role, you will shape our CRM landscape, minimize downtime, and drive innovation.

Your mission
As the Salesforce Platform Architect, you will ensure Epiroc’s Salesforce platform is optimized, embedding best practices and sound design principles. You will lead platform development, manage the Application Maintenance team, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive CRM projects that ensure smooth integration and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities include:
* Own and oversee the design and architecture of the Salesforce platform, to meet business needs.
* Laise and coordinate with all relevant functions within the Epiroc IT organization to ensure alignment on vision and direction
* Manage solutioning work with the business stakeholders and guide the salesforce business analysts and application specialists
* Lead the discussions on integrations with the Global Integrations team, coordinating with the CRM Operations Manager.
* Lead platform development and maintenance initiatives that enhance user experience and increase overall efficiency.
* Work with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and innovative solutions.
* Participate in the Salesforce Platform Steering Committee.


Your profile
You are a solution-oriented leader with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments and are flexible in your approach, working well independently and within teams.

We are looking for someone who brings:
* 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce-certified solution architect, developer, or administrator, preferably in a multinational setting.
* Experience working in global teams and projects.
* Knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Sales/Service organizations.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Your mission
The Global Process Manager - Master Data, plays a crucial role in this transformation. You will be responsible for defining and managing standards, rules, and policies for M3's main master data objects (e.g., parts, suppliers, customers, bill of materials, employees, equipment & equipment structure, service definitions, etc.), ensuring that Epiroc’s processes are world-class and aligned with our business objectives.
As Global Process Manager, you will oversee your budget, timelines, and quality to meet organizational targets. You will define requirements by driving the definition of current and future processes and needed functionalities.
You will actively contribute to developing solutions to meet these requirements, collaborating closely with stakeholder groups, including process councils and receiving organizations, to ensure alignment and appropriate prioritization.
In the role you support training initiatives by identifying roles and competency requirements for end users. You’ll also provide content to training professionals, develop test scenarios, and perform testing to ensure readiness of templates. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the book of rules (master data policies) and offer guidance for data cleaning and migration activities.

Your profile
To excel in this role, you will need a strong business and technical background in Master Data Management and Governance for global organizations. You should have several years of experience in data analysis, data science, data architecture, and/or statistics.
You should also have professional knowledge and experience with M3, along with expertise in creating and implementing processes. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
To thrive and succeed in the role of Global Process Manager - Master Data, you are methodical, organized, and focused on business outcomes. You have the ability to take complex problems and break them down into manageable tasks efficiently. Your mission
As a System Administrator IT at Operations Solutions, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the availability, stability, and management of critical IT-tools and applications. Your team owns tools such as PTC Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys and works closely with teams owning Product Lifecycle Management tool Teamcenter, all used by end-users in Epiroc.
In this role you’ll perform preventive maintenance and contribute to process improvements. It is important to understand business requirements and enhance the quality of our systems. Your responsibilities will include technically focused duties such as configuring CAD and Simulation software, maintaining integrations, ownership of response time and performance of applications, and timely incident and problem resolution. You will work closely with your team’s Product Owner to understand end user needs then translate those to requirements for license management and end user need for and use of software in the team’s portfolio and closely together within your agile team CAD and Simulation. You will collaboration with various teams in the Operations Solutions department. You’ll also be in contact with our end users to understand their needs.
Together with the IT organization this role is expected to be able to manage server environments, ensure network security, and oversee data storage systems. Be capable of installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. You are also expected to develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize system performance and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Also be able to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT processes and systems. This role requires an understanding of various operating systems, databases, and cloud services.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, you have strong knowledge of IT systems in general as related to the tasks listed above and experience in CAD and Simulation applications and servers. You need an undergraduate degree in, Information Systems, Network Systems, Computer Science, or similar relevant working experience is preferred. You are used to working on your feet and have expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance.
As a person you are service minded and always focused on ensuring a high-quality of system deliveries by identifying and reporting defects, identifying areas of improvement, and actively participating in the product development lifecycle.
In this role it is important to have effective communication skills and you see collaboration as a highlight of your working experience.  You have skills in problem solving, you are structured and good in documentation. It is also important that you have a strategic way of thinking.
As our teams are international, you speak and write English fluently and you feel comfortable using it. Proficiency in Swedish is beneficial but not a requirement.

As the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Governance Manager, you will work both strategic and operative to deliver world class services to the business geographically spread equally around the globe. You will also be responsible for the documentation of processes and routines as well as to ensure global adoption of routines and guidelines.

Your mission
As a Global Process Specialist – Service, your mission is to continuously improve the MORE Service Template (process design, configuration, interfaces, support material/documentation), to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:
* Play an active role in the M3 Cloud solution and become a key expert on the service template
* Support the rollout of the solution across Customer Centers
* Collaborate with the MORE team, and various stakeholders

The role reports to Global Process and Application Manager, Service to Close.

Your profile
As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a user of ERP systems in a service-oriented role. Previous experience as a Business Key User is highly advantageous. You must have a keen interest in systems and the ability to adapt to new cloud-based solutions. Strong technological aptitude is essential, along with the capability to perform testing and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with business key users, and recommending necessary changes to templates. High emotional intelligence, strong analytical abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are crucial for following through on priorities and synthesizing optimal solutions.
Good English (verbal and written) communication skills are required. Additional language is a plus.

Ditt uppdrag
I produktionen arbetar vi med avancerade CNC-maskiner, fina toleranser och höga renhetskrav. Din roll som CNC-operatör är att säkerställa ett effektivt produktionsflöde med hög kvalitet från början till slut. Du kommer att producera i maskiner enligt ritningar/instruktioner och övervaka maskinerna för att se till att bearbetningen håller hög precision och kvalitet. Det ingår även underhåll av maskinerna som en viktig del av ditt arbete. Tillsammans med ditt team arbetar du även med förbättringar och med implementering av LEAN och Epiroc Production System för att säkerställa en hållbar, säker och högkvalitativ produktion.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som har en relevant utbildning och tidigare erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning. Du har ett eget driv och har förmågan att prioritera och fatta självständiga beslut i ditt arbete. Samtidigt gillar du att samarbeta, då rollen innebär många kontaktytor. Rollen kräver goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och i skrift. Vidare har du goda kunskaper inom ritningsläsning och mätning.

Som person har du öga för detaljer, och trivs i en miljö där förändringar och problemlösning är en del av vardagen. Your Mission
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming requests through ServiceNow supporting Epirocs global HR processes and the HR systems we use. 

You will analyze incidents, identify patterns, and propose changes to systems and processes to drive improvements. Working closely with Global HR Process and System Specialists, you will help drive digitalization and automation to align with our business strategies.
You'll initiate and participate in various pilots, sub-projects, and business collaborations, contributing to the development of system solutions and product enhancements.
You will also test new features and work with Global HR Analysts and HR Process & System Specialists to create training materials, reducing incoming tickets and supporting onboarding for new HR colleagues. 
By developing manuals, learning activities, and videos, you'll help ensure our teams get the most value out of global HR applications, empowering them to work more efficiently.
As an ambassador for our global HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, and Power BI, you will be the go-to person for users in the Global Center of Excellence HR. 
You will design and advise on HR reports, compiling and submitting them to meet group and legal requirements. Your role will continuously contribute to process improvements, maximizing the value and enhancing business performance.
Through collaboration with HR colleagues on a local, regional, and global level, you’ll contribute to the development of our Global Center of Excellence HR, embodying a data-driven approach and supporting our commitment to process optimization.

Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration, and bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. 
You are knowledgeable and passionate about HR systems and reporting, with hands-on experience in cloud-based HR systems and ticketing platforms like ServiceNow.
Familiarity with HR processes and fluency in English are essential, and additional language skills are a plus.
You are an excellent communicator, both spoken and via email, with a strong service mindset. 
Your ability to coordinate, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively makes you an ideal candidate.
