Your mission
As a Global Integration Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for one of our development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring alignment with integration standards and fostering a culture of innovation. At the same time, you will be part of the integration architecture lead group with the responsibility to set our architectural templates and way of working, determine and supervise overall standards, guidelines, best practices, approved integration techniques and approaches. You will also be creating integration architectural designs working with our business demands.
We work in an agile environment, and you will collaborate closely with the business and development teams to be able to establish and validate integration design requirements, as well as align the integration architecture. By delivering excellence, you will be an ambassador of integration practices and standards throughout the organization.
Your expertise will be vital in ensuring seamless interoperability, scalability, and efficiency across our solutions, while contributing to the overall architecture vision.
Other Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead the integration architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
* Design and oversee the implementation of API frameworks, data pipelines, and middleware systems to facilitate smooth communication between applications.
* Evaluate and select integration tools, platforms, and technologies that best suit the organization's needs.
* Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the integration process and devise mitigation strategies.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the integration architecture.
* Collaborate with other architects and technical leaders to contribute to the overall technology roadmap and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile
You are a seasoned integrator with a background in software development and experience with integration architecture at a senior level. You have current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes and regulations and the ability to look at the big picture, bring fresh perspective and consider the wider factors and long-term implications of decisions. 
You have experience as a leader and possess great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration. As the role is conducted with responsibility and flexibility, you should be pro-active, well organized, and able to operate independently in line with guidelines. As a person you are open-minded and enjoy taking on new challenges. Your analytical acumen and administrative proficiency will be assets you rely on daily.
Required Qualifications:
* University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience.
* Proven experience (10+ years) in enterprise-level integration architecture, with a track record of successful integration projects.
* Excellent understanding of IT and integration technical components and processes, both on cloud and on premises.
* Deep understanding of various integration patterns, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, etc.
* Familiarity with integration platforms (Azure Integration Services, IBM, Dell Boomi, etc.).

Location and travel

This role operates in a global context, fostering a multicultural and intercultural working environment.
Your Profile
You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and are proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, and storage solutions is essential. Proficiency in cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware) is expected, and experience with the cloud journey of another large global company is a significant plus.
This role requires extensive collaboration, both internally and externally, making good interpersonal and communication skills a prerequisite for success. You should be a natural leader, committed to coaching and nurturing people's growth. Being structured and organized are also key skills needed for this role.

Ditt uppdrag
Som montör på slutmonteringen i Nasta ansvarar du för att montera, starta upp, tryckställa samt kvalitetssäkra maskiner som används under jord inom gruv-, tunnel- och entreprenadindustrin över hela världen. På flödet i Nasta bygger vi i dagsläget borriggarna Boomer S2 på monteringslina och Boomer M20 på monteringsstation. Just nu befinner vi oss i en transformation från dieseldrivna till elektriskt batteridrivna maskiner, vilket innebär att vi har stort fokus på ny teknik inom elektrifiering och digitalisering i det dagliga arbetet. 
Arbetet innefattar flera spännande arbetsmoment, som bland annat:  
•    El-, elektronik-, komponent- och kabelmontage 
•    Mekanik  
•    Hydraulik (inkl. pneumatik och hydroteknik) 
•    Schema- och ritningsläsning (el, mekanik och hydraulik) 
•    Felsökning (el, mekanik och hydraulik) 
Arbetet sker både självständigt och i grupp och utförs enligt gällande instruktioner, sekvenser, checklistor och standarder som inhämtas från våra informationssystem. Monteringen sker till stor del genom taktade flöden, där du är en viktig länk i kedjan med stort eget ansvar i att leverera ditt arbete vid rätt tidpunkt och med hög kvalitet. Som montör ansvarar du även för att rapportera om dagliga avvikelser samt deltar i arbetet med ständiga förbättringar.  
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har ett teknikintresse och kunskaper inom något av områdena el, mekanik eller hydraulik som du skaffat genom arbete, utbildning eller på fritiden. Du har verktygsvana och tycker om att arbera med händerna. För denna roll krävs att du kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska samt att du har goda datorkunskaper.

Our?Surface Division Research & Development?team (SRD R&D) is looking for a passionate individual to?drive our Global Products R&D branch to ensure the competiveness and legal fulfilment of the SRD products through a continuous cross functional cooperation with the rest of the organization. You will work as the right hand of the Vice President for Research and Development Equipment (who this role reports to) and the Vice President for Engineering Automation, to secure that the product portfolio of Surface Division is maintained and improved to meet market, legal and regulatory requirements. 
You will work cross functional with marketing, production and R&D functions as the main interfaces and be a part of the Global R&D management team.

In this role, People and Product safety will be on the top of your priority. With your leadership and by embrasing Epiroc values, your local and global teams will prioritize and develop the resources to significantly improve our products reliability and secure a balance between standardization work and customer special orders. You shall have a high focus on continuously developing our people including future leaders as well as our ways of working to create the prerequisites for each production site to be a reliable and cost-efficient.  
You have the responsibility and accountability for the technical file, certifications (such as CE), and the Product Safety Process. You are responsible for balancing investments between safety, functional, quality, and supply chain engineering works. You lead the work in producing customer cost competitive and high quality products, on time and assure availability / up time for our products to reach zero unplanned stops.  

Your Profile 
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a senior leader with at least 10 years successful track record of managing R&D and engineering teams in global organizations. Your education is a BSc or MSc engineering degree or similar gained by experience. You have a “Better Together” mindset with a fundamental belief that we, by building a diverse team with the right competence and learning culture, knowledge, and abilities, can move mountains! You believe in solid processes and structure, where you continuously want to improve the way of working in a systematic way. 
You are comfortable in the role as a manager when needed, but your daily circles around leadership, growing yourself and your team with challenges. You have the ability to travel to our production sites, combined with an efficient remote leadership through digital tools. 
As this is a global role, strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required. Swedish and Chinese knowledge is beneficial. 

Location and travel ? 
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden and can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and participation allowing for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement. 
Travel will be based on business needs. Our R&D teams are spread around the globe, and occational travelling will be required, however most work can be successfully executed from Örebro.

Our?Surface Research & Development?Division (SRD) is looking for a passionate individual to?drive and synchronize our global project portfolio, optimize processes, and enable continuous improvement to achieve the organization's goals of shorter time to market and improved quality. Your Mission 
Together we will build your mission, based on organizational needs and your suggestions for improvements. Some of the organizational needs required for your mission are mentioned below. 
You will need to bring a structured and holistic approach to enhance processes such as R&D strategy process, project portfolio process, and onboarding of acquired companies‘ project portfolios, to ensure successful projects across the Surface Division. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will constantly improve efficiency and correlation between related processes, using proper tools and methods and have an important role in controlling cost and speed to market. You will also focus on improving project managers' performance globally and secure the global sharing of best practices. 
In collaboration with the marketing team, you will run focused programs that support large strategic initiatives, such as Live Work Elimination. You will be responsible for monitoring new product development and basic development projects in the project portfolio, with a continuous focus on improving early conceptual development, hit rate analysis, and creating portfolio overviews of KPIs aligned with division strategies. 
Annually, you will prepare revision proposals of the project portfolio in collaboration with main stakeholders. Additionally, you will administer and chair the Strategic Product Board, and oversee online resources connected to Project Portfolio management, such as team sites and SharePoint, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 

Your Profile 
To be successful in this role, we believe you have a BSc or MSc level education and a successful track record of driving global projects. You have a background in engineering areas such as Mining equipment, Construction equipment, Large machinery or Electric machines and have an understanding of basic accounting rules, business case analysis and budgeting gained via education or experience. Ditt uppdrag
Som montör på slutmonteringen i Nasta ansvarar du för att montera, starta upp, tryckställa samt kvalitetssäkra maskiner som används under jord inom gruv-, tunnel- och entreprenadindustrin över hela världen. På flödet i Nasta bygger vi i dagsläget borriggarna Boomer S2 på monteringslina och Boomer M20 på monteringsstation. Just nu befinner vi oss i en transformation från dieseldrivna till elektriskt batteridrivna maskiner, vilket innebär att vi har stort fokus på ny teknik inom elektrifiering och digitalisering i det dagliga arbetet.
Arbetet innefattar flera spännande arbetsmoment, som bland annat:
•    El-, elektronik-, komponent- och kabelmontage
•    Mekanik
•    Hydraulik (inkl. pneumatik och hydroteknik)
•    Schema- och ritningsläsning (el, mekanik och hydraulik)
•    Felsökning (el, mekanik och hydraulik)
Arbetet sker både självständigt och i grupp och utförs enligt gällande instruktioner, sekvenser, checklistor och standarder som inhämtas från våra informationssystem. Monteringen sker till stor del genom taktade flöden, där du är en viktig länk i kedjan med stort eget ansvar i att leverera ditt arbete vid rätt tidpunkt och med hög kvalitet. Som montör ansvarar du även för att rapportera om dagliga avvikelser samt deltar i arbetet med ständiga förbättringar.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har ett teknikintresse och kunskaper inom något av områdena el, mekanik eller hydraulik som du skaffat genom arbete, utbildning eller på fritiden. Du har verktygsvana och tycker om att arbera med händerna. För denna roll krävs att du kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska samt har goda datorkunskaper.

Som person är du nyfiken och har lätt för att lära dig nya system och teknikområden. Du är mån om kvalitet och strävar alltid efter att hitta så bra och effektiva lösningar som möjligt. Andra viktiga egenskaper är förmåga att organisera ditt arbete och samarbeta med andra för att uppnå resultat.

Ankomstkontroll är en del av ett team på Production Quality inom Underground Division (URE) Örebro. Som mättekniker får du arbeta med standarder, ritningsläsning och rapportering. Det innebär en variation av arbete vid dator för att i nästa moment kontrollera artiklar som kommer från våra leverantörer och senare vidta åtgärder tillsammans med Research & Development (R&D), inköpare, leverantörsutvecklare och leverantörer för att säkra korrekta artiklar.

Ditt uppdrag
Ditt mål är att säkerställa samsyn i digitala 3D-mätningar med nödvändiga processer som resulterar i högklassiga kvalitetsprodukter. Du är mottagare av olika frågeställningar kring mätmetodik och validering av tillverkade produkter. Detta intensifieras i och med att nya ritningar från 1/7-22 har 3D-krav, detta är också ett sätt för att kunna hantera BCCS projektets leverantörsbyten och nya leverantörer. Du kommer även att arbeta med mätarmsmätning för produktionens utfallsprover och kontrollplaner samt felsökning vid avvikelser av komponenter i monteringen. Utöver detta kommer du agera bollplank till teknik, inköp, produktion och leverantörer för mättekniska frågeställningar. 
Denna tjänst är en temporär anställning på 12 månader men med möjligheter till förlängning.
