Your mission

Your mission in this role will be to develop the electrical system on our batteries in terms of hardware, system architecture and functionality to fulfill current and future requirements. You will be responsible for creating solutions based on functional requirements, specifying, and developing components in collaboration with sub suppliers and verifying the performance on the final product.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in a relevant area and proven professional experience within electrical or control systems design. You are used to bringing ideas from an initial concept to serial production, creating technical documentation and verifying technical solutions.

To enjoy the work you should be self-propelled, responsible and able to effectively plan your work to meet deadlines. You have a structured and analytical approach, enjoy combining theory and practice, like working with details and getting the job done to our customers' satisfaction.

Utmaningen
Beroende på storlek och komplexitet i projekten får du den stöttning du behöver från exempelvis tekniker, elkonstruktör med flera. I ditt dagliga arbete som projektledare har du ett övergripande ansvar och befogenheter att besluta i tekniska och ekonomiska frågor. Inköp och logistik är en del av uppdraget men den viktigaste delen är kommunikation och samarbete både internt och externt. 

För att vara framgångsrik i rollen behövs:
Teknisk examen, till exempel maskiningenjör, elektroteknik, ekonomiingenjör, samt erfarenhet av projektledning med motsvarande projektledningscertifiering. Du har en god teknisk förståelse inom automation och fastighetsteknik och det är ett plus om du har hög kompetens inom Styr- och reglerteknik. Vi tror att du tidigare haft resultatansvar och arbetat med merförsäljning utifrån ett värdeskapande kundperspektiv. Du har körkort och goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

I rollen ingår att:
* Starta, driva och leda parallella projekt där du ansvarar för tids- och resursplanering
* Leda och stödja projektgruppen och samordna samarbetspartners i projektet
* Säkra att projektens budget och ekonomiska plan efterföljs
* Delta i byggmöten och samordningsmöten i respektive projekt
* Föra en kontinuerlig dialog och skapa goda relationer med kunder

Your mission

As a Senior Electrification Specialist, you will be part of a small team of specialists and engineering managers in the global R&D organization. Your mission will be to understand and define power/energy demands of the surface applications and from that drive the next-generation electric powertrains while collaborating with both internal and external suppliers. You will support the Global Electrification Program Manager in developing an optimal technology roadmap for the future electrified powertrains in the surface drill rigs and associated infrastructure. This will be done while ensuring that this roadmap is continuously updated following the market trends, and its execution is continuously monitored.
You are expected to propose and motivate innovative electric powertrain solutions and prove its potential in our rigs with the support of our R&D engineers. You will be working with defining the requirements of the different components in electrified powertrains, be in the forefront of transforming the business and play a key role in reducing the climate impact on surface mining globally.
In this role, you will be working in close vicinity to one of the production centers. This means that there are great opportunities to see the final product of the projects, and to test and evaluate different solutions on actual machines during the projects.

Your profile

To enjoy the work, we think you have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about the products you are working with. We believe you have an MSc or Ph.D. level of education, along with a successful track record of driving technology innovation. You also have a proven experience in battery electric vehicles, power electronics, or motor drives.

Jobbeskrivning
Oavsett vilken roll du har i vårt team, kan vi lova en bred roll där du kommer vara delaktig i att skapa industrin framtida automationslösningar. Du kommer med stor sannolik?arbeta mot några av AFRYs största kunder antingen i AFRY:s regi eller direkt i kunders verksamheter. Uppdragen och projekten är främst lokala, samt ofta hos kunder som är återkommande. I vissa projekt följer du kundens standard och i vissa projekt sätter du standarden; din expertis är därför avgörande för våra kunders och AFRYs framgång. Du kommer arbeta i uppdrag tillsammans med personer inom andra discipliner, roller och specialist-områden och leverera tekniklösningar med innovation som ledord. Nedan beskrivs kortfattat samtliga roller:
Systemingenjör:
I din roll kommer du bland annat jobba med komplexa, tekniska system mot kunder inom gruvindustrin för att hjälpa dem designa och utveckla produkter som till exempel borriggar. Det kan vidare vara allt från informationssystem till navigations- och positionssystem. Konkret så kommer du arbeta med att ta fram funktionsspecifikationer och funktionskrav samt bryta ner dessa till designkrav- och lösningar. Specifikationer som sedan ligger till grund för nästa hård- och mjukvara.
Elkonstruktör:
I rollen får du arbeta med konstruktionsarbete av bland annat apparatskåp och uppgraderingar i befintliga system, men även nykonstruktion av helt nya system. Du kommer även att arbeta med iddrifttagning, systembeskrivningar, och/eller projektledning inom el, beroende på intresse och erfarenhet.
Automationsingenjör:
I rollen får du arbeta med automation i alla dess faser, du ges möjlighet att jobba med en bred portfölj av projekt, bland annat inom kärnkraft, vattenrening och produktionsindustri. Din roll kan innebära utveckling av styrsystem i större och mindre projekt, till exempel uppgraderingar i befintliga system men även nykonstruktion av helt nya system. Du kommer även arbeta med?programmering, idrifttagning, system- och funktionsbeskrivningar och/eller projektledning inom automation beroende på intresse och erfarenhet.
Mekatronikingenjör:
I rollen arbetar du med programmering, konstruktion, testning, underhåll och reparation av automatiserade och digitaliserade industrianläggningar och automatiserade industriella elanläggningar. Det är ett varierande arbete där du gör konstruktionsberäkningar och ritningar, programmerar datorsystem, installerar mekaniska och elektriska komponenter, driftsätter och följer upp. En stor del består av att analysera och felsöka i de program som styr processen. Du arbetar kreativt med att lösa de problem som uppstår och drar logiska kopplingar och slutsatser.
Elektronikingenjör:
I rollen kommer du vara verksam inom industrin för att drifta automatiserade processer. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på uppdrag, men kommer främst att bestå av att konstruera, programmera, testa och verifiera elektrotekniska system.

Kravspecifikation

För att lyckas bra och trivas i rollen tror vi att du har:
En lämplig teknisk utbildning i grunden och/eller motsvarande erfarenhet. En civilingenjöresexamen på BSc- eller MSc-nivå anses mycket meriterande.
Flera års relevant erfarenhet inom det område du söker, företrädesvis inom industrin. En MSc kan motsvara denna arbetslivserfarenhet.
Behärskar det svenska språket mycket väl i såväl tal som skrift.

Om tjänsten
I ditt arbete kan du komma att arbeta med frågor som rör energieffektivisering, energisystem och förnybar energi. Ibland som projektledare med ansvar att leda andra och ibland som en av flera i ett team. Du agerar sakkunnig inom energi- och klimatfrågor, för ett eller flera projekt. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha lätt för att ta egna initiativ och trivas med att samarbete med andra.

I rollen som energiingenjör kommer du att genomföra företagsbesök och ge tips på energisparande åtgärder. Du kommer att ha löpande kontakt med kommunerna i länet, företag och elnätsbolag och stötta dem i arbetet för att nå våra energi- och klimatmål. Rollen innebär också att arbeta för att olika aktörer ska genomföra konkreta energieffektiviseringsåtgärder.



Några ytterligare exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

- Leda projektmöten och samverka med andra energikontor i Östra Mellansverige.
- Planera och genomföra seminarier, utbildningar och nätverksträffar inom energiområdet.

Din profil
Vi söker dig som är utbildad ingenjör med kunskap inom energi eller energisystem. Du gillar utmaningar och att arbeta i en utvecklande arbetsmiljö. Du trivs med, och har förmågan att planera, ta egna initiativ och genomföra arbete självständigt men har också förmågan att samarbeta. Som person får du energi av att utmana och utveckla dig själv och dina kollegor, är kommunikativ och gillar att se resultat och effekter.

Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att initiera, utveckla, leda och administrera projekt. Vi ser med fördel att du tidigare hanterat energieffektivisering inom näringslivet. Har du dessutom erfarenhet från elnätsutveckling och kraftförsörjning ser vi det som meriterande.

Your Mission
As HR Operations Manager at Epiroc Rock Drills AB (“Rock Drills”), your mission is to lead the HR Operations team in Rock Drills and to act as the main liaison between the HR Operations Team and the Epiroc divisions operating at the Epiroc Örebro site. You will drive different initiatives from the Epiroc People & Leadership Council and ensure alignment in people policies within the Rock Drills legal entity, where you are responsible for HR. Your mission also includes engaging and aligning with the HR managers at Epiroc’s other Swedish entities and to develop and maintain strong union relations.
Your Responsibilities
Epiroc Rock Drills AB is the largest private employer in Örebro, with over 3,000 employees and consultants, and holds significant importance within the Epiroc group. As the HR Operations Manager, you play a key role in continuing our journey as one of the most attractive and exciting employers in Sweden.
Your overall responsibility as HR Operations manager is to ensure a well-functioning, motivated and professional HR Operations team in Rock Drills AB. Your team of around ten members support the divisions operating at the three Epiroc locations in Örebro in all HR-processes.
Together we are a strong and competent team, and we support each other when it´s needed!
 The role includes a lot of collaboration with the General Managers and the divisional HR VPs of the Epiroc divisions operating in Örebro to ensure each division's strategy is translated into People & Leadership activities, and ensure such activities are executed by the HR Operations team. You also have close collaboration with Talent Acquisition team whose responsibility is recruiting, internal communication and Employer Branding. 
 The role further includes responsibility for driving the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to secure business needs.
Another part of this position is to engage in union negotiations and information regarding salary review and organizational issues.
You will also drive and ensure alignment in people policies within the legal entity of Rock Drills AB
Your Profile

Your mission

The main duties of the Functional Safety Engineer are:
* Support the organization in various technical choices and communication with external parties through specialist knowledge.

* Guide projects in setting requirements and verifying secure functions, including qualitative and quantitative evaluations like performance level calculations.

Your profile

As the IAM Cloud Specialist, you will work both strategically and operatively. Key Responsibilities:
* Provides the function of designing automated IAM related solutions and configuring new or existing services for efficient management of identity and access processes
* Designs and implements solutions for automation from the data layer up including reporting for governance and compliance checks
* Works actively with several application teams outside of the IAM environment to build and maintain trusted and secure automation processes
* Acts as a technical developer actively involved in the technical development of scripts, processes and in common development languages
* Deals with incidents, problems, tasks and changes related to the automation
