Are you our new Supervisor for our housekeeping department in our wonderful hotel in Örebro?
We are looking for a talented and super positive new team member for our housekeeping department in our lovely hotel.
The job consists of cleaning hotel rooms and public areas as well as being responsible for the department on the days when the Housekeeping Manager is not in the hotel.
Our team is international and consists of friendly and positive colleagues and we speak both Swedish and English.


We are looking for candidates who are:
- Sincerely caring
- Interested in learning and receiving coaching and committed to chasing perfection
- Motivated by enjoying and delivering happiness to colleagues and customers
- If you have experience with hotel housekeeping or home cleaning, then it is an advantage, but it is not a requirement
- Have a great eye for details
- Be willing to work according to very specific procedures


Furthermore, we require you to:
- Live in or near Örebro
- Be able to work 20-30 hours per week, incl. weekend work.
- Be flexible with regards to working hours and days
- Be able to speak English

Vad är innebär rollen ?

Tillsammans med dina kollegor ansvarar du för den viktiga uppgiften att hotellet håller en hög standard avseende helt och rent och ser till att våra gäster få en ”wow-känsla” när de kliver in på hotellet och i sitt hotellrum. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är städning av hotellrum, korridor samt allmänna utrymmen på hotellet. Du hanterar tvätt och fyller på förråd. Självklart stöttar du upp teamet på hotellet med andra arbetsuppgifter vid behov.

Vem är du?

För att trivas i rollen behöver du också vara noggrann och ha ett öga för detaljer. Det är viktigt att du har en god fysik, är flexibel och har god samarbetsförmåga och då alla medarbetare tillsammans ansvarar för gästens upplevelse. Du sprider god energi runt dig och är en omtänksam kollega.

Allra viktigast är dock dina personliga egenskaper och din inställning. För att passa i rollen behöver du vara en bra lagspelare som tar ett stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och helhetsresultatet. Viktigt är också att du kan förmedla ett gott värdskap till hotellets gäster.

Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på deltid.
