Category Manager
Join our team
We are looking for a Category Manager to the Strategic Sourcing Organization within the Parts & Services divisions. The position is based in Örebro where you will belong to a dedicated and agile team that care about each other, have a lot of fun and that likes to find new opportunities to develop continuously. 

Your mission 
As Category Manager, you are expected to develop, define, and implement category strategies within your area of responsibility. You will secure the supplier base performance and compliance by driving supplier relationship- and contract management and by working with supporting supplier activities and improvements within the supply management.
You will work in close cooperation with R&D, category managers in other divisions and applicable key stakeholders. In your role you represent Parts & Services divisions in all applicable Global forums where the main mission is to safeguard and contribute to the interests of our divisions and customers.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Regular travel, both domestic and international, is required.

Your mission
Epiroc will further increase the focus on improving the IT area (applications, infrastructure etc.) We are looking for an experienced Global Category Manager with the mission and ambition to develop/build-up and maintain a global key supplier base to improve applications availability, risk mitigation and optimize costs. 
You will report to the Global Indirect Sourcing Manager. Daily work will be carried out in close cooperation with Epiroc IT organization and IT Management.
The main mission will be to: 
* support the overall Epiroc sourcing strategy and the Epiroc IT strategy in the growth ambition and to achieve a higher efficiency level
* maintain an effective working relationship with Global IT and regional/local companies
* ensure the successful implementation of the sourcing strategy and optimize TVO
* manage RFx processes, sourcing and selection of suppliers in close collaboration with major stakeholders across departments

* develop/build-up and maintain a global key supplier base

Your profile
We require an academic degree, relevant work experience in sourcing and experience of project management. This position requires very strong communication skills to negotiate with suppliers, work effectively via videoconferences with global team members, work closely with local colleagues and to present performance results to upper management and major stakeholders.

Location and travel
The Global Indirect Sourcing Team with highly skilled and motivated employees is located primarily in Sweden. This role is preferably located at one of our Swedish entities, Örebro, Kalmar, Fagersta or Stockholm.
The role might require travelling to some of our key locations in Sweden and abroad.

Your mission
As a Software Tester in the Underground Drilling Application department, your mission will be to safeguard that we provide a first-class software for our Underground Drilling products. You will be part of an agile team that works together to deliver high quality software. You will write and update test specifications and automated test scripts, as well as perform manual tests in our simulated environment or on our test labs. Together with the team and other testers in the department you will continuously work with test improvements and strive for higher quality.

Your profile
We see that you have a couple years of experience within test and test automation. You have a passion for test in an agile IT environment and you believe that test is an activity for everyone in the team rather than for one role. We think you are skilled in test design, different test methods and test strategies. Most important is that you are interested in learning new things and are a self-driven team player with a focus on collaboration.
You hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Software Engineering, or similar. You also have some experience from embedded software testing. Experience from test automation in Python or similar is meritorious. Since we are a global company, we would like you to be able to speak and write in English. The development environment consist of, amongst other tools, C/C++ and Python.

Your mission

Additionally, you can expect involvement with ongoing maintenance of the enterprise platform, establishing user security and addressing bottlenecks throughout processes that impede timely output of BI deliverables.
You will be professional in translation of IT strategies into execution, and you will be a representative in process councils, program and project steering committees, evaluation, and support solutions in line with the Epiroc IT target architecture.

Your profile
You have a University degree in relevant fields or similar competence developed through working experience in the Data and Analytics domain.
You have 5+ years of experience of working on deployment teams, ideally using Agile development techniques.
Deep knowledge, including writing procedures and experience working with Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI is a must.
You have solid experience with various Data Management architectures like Data Warehouse, Data Lake and are familiar with tools such as Databricks used for building, testing, and deploying machine learning and analytics.  
To succeed in this role, you also have extensive experience in data modeling, data analysis, T- scripting (SSAS), DAX and visualization (Power BI).  You are passionate about finding the right combination of data and technical tools that will meet the business user’s needs.

Your profile
Preferable you have experience in project management with similar complexity as for our products. You have the ability to structure the work, have a good sense of orderliness and both the willingness and capability to stive for consistently deliver added value to the customer in the projects.  You have sound knowledge about product development processes. The project organization relies on stage gate and agile processes and combination of these way of working must be cohesive. To succeed in this role you have the ability to see the holistic picture and are a communicator. You have a positive attitude, are a self-starter and are driven. You have an inclusive and growth mindset to be able to coordinate people and project with the focus on added value and deliverables.
Preferable having a Master of Science degree in engineering or business and administration or equivalent knowledge through working experience. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in engineering, marketing or software development. Experience in project manager and proven track record in leadership is meritorious.

Din roll
Som drifttekniker på Epiroc kommer du att arbeta brett inom driftavdelningen och i nära samarbete med verksamheten och driftgruppen. Inom driftenheten ansvarar vi för tillsyn och skötsel samt reparationer av allt som rör våra fastigheter och testgruvor, även de tekniska systemen för ventilation, kyla, värme, energioptimering, driftövervakning samt passer- och larmsystem. Beredskap ingår i tjänsten. I detta uppdrag kommer du jobba som drifttekniker i våra fastigheter men även vara driftansvarig för vår testgruva i Kvarntorp.

Your mission
Your mission would be to develop and execute the People and Leadership and Communications strategy and action plan for the Supply Chain organization on a global level. The position reports to the Vice President Supply Chain and is part of the Supply Chain Management Team. The role

Job description
As a Project Manager at Rocvolt, you will be leading projects within Epiroc's electrification area. Your responsibility will range from project start to completion, i.e. secure project chartering, planning, propose the project team, budgeting, project execution, follow up, etc.
You will be connected to the Rocvolt Project Hub, a network function aimed to gather and nurture learnings and best practices for effective project execution within the field of electrification towards Epiroc's electrification vision. Through the Project Hub, you will be able to get support and exchange knowledge with other experienced project management colleagues. The projects in the Rocvolt portfolio fall in a broad range from battery pack development to innovation of infrastructure solutions, all encompassed by Epiroc's innovative approach.
We apply different methodologies depending on the project characteristic, in a safe to fail and learn environment and we collaborate closely with the business and technical expertise in an iterative and communicative way. This is to ensure the drive towards the common goal for delivery of efficient electrification solutions.

Your profile
We believe you have a degree in the field of technology, management or similar with solid technical interest and understanding. You have experience from leading complex projects from idea to launch and have a knowledge of different project methodologies (waterfall and agile).
