Job description
As a Project Manager at Rocvolt, you will be leading projects within Epiroc's electrification area. Your responsibility will range from project start to completion, i.e. secure project chartering, planning, propose the project team, budgeting, project execution, follow up, etc.
You will be connected to the Rocvolt Project Hub, a network function aimed to gather and nurture learnings and best practices for effective project execution within the field of electrification towards Epiroc's electrification vision. Through the Project Hub, you will be able to get support and exchange knowledge with other experienced project management colleagues. The projects in the Rocvolt portfolio fall in a broad range from battery pack development to innovation of infrastructure solutions, all encompassed by Epiroc's innovative approach.
We apply different methodologies depending on the project characteristic, in a safe to fail and learn environment and we collaborate closely with the business and technical expertise in an iterative and communicative way. This is to ensure the drive towards the common goal for delivery of efficient electrification solutions.

Your profile
We believe you have a degree in the field of technology, management or similar with solid technical interest and understanding. You have experience from leading complex projects from idea to launch and have a knowledge of different project methodologies (waterfall and agile). Since we are a big global company, we see that you have worked in interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams and have experience in product and technology development.

Location and travel
This position is preferably located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required. The role can be performed in a hybrid way. Your Mission

As a  Global Program Manager - Electrification & CO2 Reduction, your mission will be to bring electrification from the present basic development and prototype level to commercial success with the objective to ensure that we are number one in the market. You will develop an optimal strategy for electrification, starting from the basic replacement of Diesel machines and then growing towards an optimal electrified solution that takes into account infrastructure development, cost development, and/or policy/legal/country requirements correlated with our different applications prerequisites. You will then implement said strategy together with the line organization and ensure excellence in implementation. 
You will be responsible for ensuring proper investment levels in all aspects to reach the right product offer on time, excellence in operation, go to market, and support the products on the market. You will execute your responsibility as an influencer whose leadership drives budget commitments and project roadmaps in the organization.
You will manage a small team of electrification experts and be responsible for growing the organization and competencies globally to reach our fossil-free goals, including but not limited to technical staff and university partnerships.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, we believe you have an MSc or Ph.D. level education and a successful track record of driving tech innovation. You have a proven experience in modularization, automation, and/or electrification and an extensive network with academic institutions. As this is a global role, strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required.

Your mission 
As Program Manager you will work truly cross functional and cross divisional, the interaction will be global.

-    Establish a strategy for how to make the “hockey team a wining basketball team” when it comes to our own Digital transformation journey i.e. do we need to add new competences and skills?
-    Review present structures, missions, visions etc to identify strengths, gaps and propose a plan for how to reach the dream state within the present Epiroc matrix organization consisting of divisions and councils, to accelerate digital value creation
-    Transition from a task force to a winning team.
-    Get all cross divisional, cross functional, PC, CC etc stakeholders on board.
All in all, the challenge is to establish and execute a holistic strategy, in transition from a task force to a sustainable winning way of working that ensures that we exceed the customers’ expectations and that meets the group targets of 2030 and beyond, with profitability for us and our customers. The responsibility is to bring digitalization from the present island-based approach, where not invited here is an excuse, to a level where we learn from each other and where everything starts from a best praxis perspective.
The position will report to the VP Innovation & Technology in the Epiroc Technology and Digital division.

Lokalerna påminner om TV-studios med ljud, ljus, buzzerknappar, dekor, vinjetter, tävlingspodium och talkshowsetting. Våra vanligaste besökare är företag, möhippor, större kompisgäng.

Vi söker personer som kan anta programledarrollen. Uppdraget som programledare går ut på att leda våra quiz-shower från start till slut och se till att besökarna trivs och har roligt. Vi söker därför dig som gillar att underhålla och prata inför stora grupper. Förmåga att kunna improvisera, få besökarna att skratta och skapa tävlingsstämning, är viktigt.
Tidigare erfarenhet som eventledare, skådespelare eller annan scenvana är meriterande men är inte ett krav.

Your mission
As SAP Support Lead & Business Process Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our global operations with your SAP expertise, with specific focus on Sales & Supply Chain. You will also work with Business Key Users (BKUs); knowledge-sharing and supporting with FAQs and development of training material.


Your profile
For this role, you must have several years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain and Sales (SD&MM;), demonstrating a high level of proficiency as an SAP user and profound understanding of general business processes. Additionally, experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Production (PP) is advantageous.

The preferred candidate has either previous knowledge or work experience in Epiroc business processes and companies, or experience from responsibilities with the same complexity from a similar role at another employer.

Your profile

Your profile
•    You have a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience of working within Finance and/or Business Controlling in a multinational company.  
•    Project and change management experience is meriting. 
•    Financial accounting/controlling experience to be able to discuss/validate processes from internal control and proper accounting perspectives.
•    To be successful, you should also be self-motivated, result oriented, service minded and adaptable to change.
•    Strong command of written and spoken English. Other language would be an advantage.
•    Experience from Infor M3 and Power BI is a strong plus. 
•    The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in this role.

We are looking for a person that will join the Global Center of Excellence Finance team. In this role you will work with talented colleagues both within and outside the organization. You will be working as a Regional Implementation Specialist in our M3 Finance team and be working together with talented colleagues in implementing M3 and the finance process and system template for entities throughout Epiroc. 
Your mission
As a Regional Implementation Specialist Finance, you will work with the implementation of ERP-system Infor M3 that is the foundation for the to-be way of working in Epiroc, together with other finance applications like BlackLine and supported by a portfolio of advanced BI-reports available in the Data Analytics Portal. You will closely together with Finance M3 Consultants and colleagues from other process streams work to roll out the common MORE solution to Product Companies (PC) and Distribution Centers (DC) globally within Epiroc, in an efficient and qualitive way. This role is broad and offers opportunities for growth in an international setting, and you will have the chance to extensive learning opportunities both within processes and systems. 
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
•    Be an active team member of the PC/DC project roll-out team. 
•    Safeguard that the standardized MORE M3 template related to Finance is being implemented in a correct way and perform change management activities as needed.  
•    Perform training, testing, validation, and cutover activities as per the project plan. 
•    Maintenance of template documentation, work instructions and user-friendly training material within your area together with colleagues in M3 Finance team. 
•    Development and testing of solutions to solve approved legal gaps in the implementation projects, in close collaboration with colleagues within and outside Finance. 
•    Participate in M3 fact-findings and work on safeguarding the global finance template. 
•    Keep yourself up to date with changes of the Finance MORE template (M3, BI and other to-be systems), and have a continuous improvement mindset and share feedback back to the template team and process owners. 
•    Secure that Finance processes implemented are in line with relevant legal reporting and accounting regulations.
Location and travel
Preferred location for this position is Örebro, Sweden. But other locations within the EMEA or NASA region can be considered for the right candidate. Regular international business travel will be required in this role.

Your mission
As Team Manager, you will guide and develop an R&D engineering team of around 15 individuals dedicated to achieving world-class solutions for our drill rigs, optimizing hydraulic system and achieving the best control system. Your specialization will lie in Dynamics and Hydraulic.
Your primary responsibility involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching and all relevant personnel matters and legalities, while nurturing a high-performing team and fostering a positive work environment. Collaborating closely with team members, you will provide support in projects and activities within your domain, offering assistance from technological, planning, and resource perspectives. You are also part of the system management team, supporting to the development and day-to-day activities of the system groups.
Staying informed of technological advancements and trends within the field, you are expected to contribute to the formulation of our technology development strategy. Additionally, utilize your expertise to provide cross-functional technical support.
Your profile
For this position, natural leadership skills and interest fostering motivation and collaboration in a team is key. You should have a relevant technical background together with some experience leading small teams, engineers or similar informal leadership. You should have basic knowledge of Motions Control and hydraulic system coupled with experience in system design within at least one of the areas. An understanding of drill rigs, their applications, and performance is advantageous. We want you to be analytical, innovative and solutions oriented. You should also be able to compromise to achieve optimal from both customer and business perspective, while able to make tough decisions when necessary.
