Are you our candidate?

Din roll hos oss
Som HR Advisor hos oss kommer du vara en av de första anställda i företaget och ingå i ett litet och smidigt ledningsteam. Målet är att vara fullt bemannade sommaren 2024. Detta inkluderar anställning av cirka 20 ledningsfunktioner och 100 växthusarbetare. Våra förväntningar

Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning inom personaladministration, beteendevetenskap eller motsvarande erfarenhet. Bli en del av vårt team

Vi utökar för att förstärka HR-arbetet i våra distrikt och söker nu HR-generalister till flera orter runt om i Sverige.


Som HR-generalist i distriktet ingår du tillsammans med en HR verksamhetspartner (HRVP) och 3 HR-generalister i distriktets HR-team. Du rapporterar till HRVP i distriktet som också är medlem i distriktets ledningsgrupp. Distriktet består av ca 1800 anställda.


Samhall har från 1 mars 14 distrikt och distriktens HR-team ingår i enheten HR Drift som består av totalt ca 60 medarbetare. HR Drift har uppdraget att säkerställa ett enhetligt och verksamhetsnära HR-arbete och utgör ett forum för kunskapsdelning och kompetensutbyte. Enheten ingår i sin tur i Samhalls avdelning för HR & Kommunikation.


Rollen som HR-generalist

Som HR-generalist arbetar du med brett operativt HR-arbete i ett nära partnerskap med cheferna i ditt distrikt. Tillsammans sätter ni medarbetarnas utveckling i fokus med målsättning att utveckla arbetsförmåga och anställningsbarhet genom arbete. I vardagen ställs du ofta inför frågor som har stark koppling till arbetsmiljö och rehabilitering då alla våra medarbetare har funktionsnedsättningar som kan ställa särskilda krav på anpassningar och individanpassat ledarskap.


I arbetet ingår också att förhandla med facken i olika personalärenden och att driva löneprocess-arbetet för medarbetarna inom LO-kollektivet. Du ansvarar för utbildningsplanering, för att rehabiliteringsarbetet genomförs enligt regelverk och för att distriktets plan för minskad sjukfrånvaro följs. I rollen ingår också att verka för en inkluderande och jämlik företagskultur och för ett gott samarbete med Arbetsförmedlingen, Försäkringskassan, Företagshälsovården och Samhalls fackliga organisationer.


Vem är du och vad drivs du av att göra?

Vi söker dig med flerårig erfarenhet av brett operativt HR-arbete och relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Du har goda kunskaper i arbetsrätt, erfarenhet av fackliga förhandlingar och är flytande i svenska i både tal och skrift. Då tjänsten innefattar resor ställer vi krav på B-körkort. Meriterande är erfarenhet av arbete med Arbetsförmedlingen och Försäkringskassan samt andra språkkunskaper än svenska.

Your mission

Fluency in English language, verbal and written, is required and mastery of one or more other languages is highly desirable.

•    Min. 5 years experience in a similar role and previous project management experience 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Proven experience in HR process analysis, system support, and digital transformation.

Your team - We are strengthening the Underground Drilling Applications department with a senior motion control engineer. You will be a part of an agile team of software developers working with face drilling machines. The team is experienced containing professional developers with solid application knowledge. In close collaboration with the product owners the team is responsible for functionality development, from request to quality assured implementation. Your mission
Your mission is to be technical responsible for the robot motion control for the underground application products. You will evaluate and take on new technologies to lead the way towards fully autonomous underground drilling machines. You will continue the work of improving our hydraulically controlled machines to position and drill full faces without interruption. The role requires a working knowledge in all or some of the following areas: Robot manipulator trajectory planning and control, Multi robot scheduling, Mobile robot path planning, Localization and navigation. You will implement your theories in our control system using C++ and spread knowledge to the development teams. You will also cooperate with specialists working with other applications to have a common approach for all Epiroc machines.

Your mission
As SAP Support Lead & Business Process Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our global operations with your SAP expertise, with specific focus on Sales & Supply Chain. This involves maintaining and enhancing 4 different global SAP ERP solutions used by roughly 20 Customer Centers and 2 Production facilities, while continually seeking opportunities for process enhancement.

You will oversee a dedicated SAP support team, currently made up of consultants based in India. Apart from support, the daily work includes managing smaller projects that fall within your domain, identifying and remedying process gaps and evaluating business benefit of any proposed changes and improvements. Another important part will be to support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and system adjustments.

As you will work with initiatives and requests cross-functionally and cross-divisionally, it is crucial to understand the processes and needs of our internal stakeholders. You will also work with Business Key Users (BKUs); knowledge-sharing and supporting with FAQs and development of training material.


Your profile
For this role, you must have several years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain and Sales (SD&MM;), demonstrating a high level of proficiency as an SAP user and profound understanding of general business processes. Additionally, experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Production (PP) is advantageous.

The preferred candidate has either previous knowledge or work experience in Epiroc business processes and companies, or experience from responsibilities with the same complexity from a similar role at another employer.

Your mission
As Global Process Manager Finance you will be the Manager of a growing M3 Finance Team, that long term will consist of 10-12 team members, a mix of Epiroc employees and M3 Finance Consultants. In this role you will work with the continuous development, testing and documentation of our finance process template built on the foundation of Infor M3 as our future ERP-system.

•    Manage and develop the M3 Finance Team. 
•    Pro-actively drive alignment and standardization of processes with a continuous improvement attitude.
