Ditt uppdrag
I produktionen arbetar vi med avancerade 5-axliga maskiner, fina toleranser och höga renhetskrav. Din roll som CNC-operatör är att säkerställa ett effektivt produktionsflöde med hög kvalitet från början till slut. Du kommer producera i maskiner enligt ritningar/instruktioner och övervaka maskinerna för att se till att bearbetningen håller hög precision och kvalitet. Det ingår även underhåll av maskinerna som en viktig del av ditt arbete. 
Tillsammans med ditt team arbetar du även med förbättringar och med implementeringen av LEAN och Epiroc Production System för att säkerställa en hållbar, säker och högkvalitativ produktion.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har en relevant utbildning och tidigare erfarenhet av CNC-bearbetning. Du trivs med att ta ansvar och fatta självständiga beslut i ditt arbete. Samtidigt gillar du att samarbeta, då rollen innebär många kontaktytor. Rollen kräver goda kunskaper i svenska i både tal och i skrift. Det är ett plus om du har kunskap i mätteknik och erfarenhet av mätverktyg. 
Som person är du noggrann och mån om kvalitet, och trivs i en miljö där förändringar och problemlösning är en del av vardagen. Ditt uppdrag
Som montör på slutmonteringen i Nasta ansvarar du för att montera, starta upp, tryckställa samt kvalitetssäkra maskiner som används under jord inom gruv-, tunnel- och entreprenadindustrin över hela världen. På flödet i Nasta bygger vi i dagsläget borriggarna Boomer S2 på monteringslina och Boomer M20 på monteringsstation. Just nu befinner vi oss i en transformation från dieseldrivna till elektriskt batteridrivna maskiner, vilket innebär att vi har stort fokus på ny teknik inom elektrifiering och digitalisering i det dagliga arbetet. 
Arbetet innefattar flera spännande arbetsmoment, som bland annat:  
•    El-, elektronik-, komponent- och kabelmontage 
•    Mekanik  
•    Hydraulik (inkl. pneumatik och hydroteknik) 
•    Schema- och ritningsläsning (el, mekanik och hydraulik) 
•    Felsökning (el, mekanik och hydraulik) 
Arbetet sker både självständigt och i grupp och utförs enligt gällande instruktioner, sekvenser, checklistor och standarder som inhämtas från våra informationssystem. Our?Surface Division Research & Development?team (SRD R&D) is looking for a passionate individual to?drive our Global Products R&D branch to ensure the competiveness and legal fulfilment of the SRD products through a continuous cross functional cooperation with the rest of the organization. In this role, People and Product safety will be on the top of your priority. Your Profile

Your education is a BSc or MSc engineering degree or similar gained by experience. You will need to bring a structured and holistic approach to enhance processes such as R&D strategy process, project portfolio process, and onboarding of acquired companies‘ project portfolios, to ensure successful projects across the Surface Division. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will constantly improve efficiency and correlation between related processes, using proper tools and methods and have an important role in controlling cost and speed to market. You will also focus on improving project managers' performance globally and secure the global sharing of best practices. 
In collaboration with the marketing team, you will run focused programs that support large strategic initiatives, such as Live Work Elimination. You will be responsible for monitoring new product development and basic development projects in the project portfolio, with a continuous focus on improving early conceptual development, hit rate analysis, and creating portfolio overviews of KPIs aligned with division strategies. 
Annually, you will prepare revision proposals of the project portfolio in collaboration with main stakeholders. Additionally, you will administer and chair the Strategic Product Board, and oversee online resources connected to Project Portfolio management, such as team sites and SharePoint, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 

Your Profile

Ankomstkontroll är en del av ett team på Production Quality inom Underground Division (URE) Örebro. Som mättekniker får du arbeta med standarder, ritningsläsning och rapportering. Det innebär en variation av arbete vid dator för att i nästa moment kontrollera artiklar som kommer från våra leverantörer och senare vidta åtgärder tillsammans med Research & Development (R&D), inköpare, leverantörsutvecklare och leverantörer för att säkra korrekta artiklar.

Ditt uppdrag
Ditt mål är att säkerställa samsyn i digitala 3D-mätningar med nödvändiga processer som resulterar i högklassiga kvalitetsprodukter. Du är mottagare av olika frågeställningar kring mätmetodik och validering av tillverkade produkter. Detta intensifieras i och med att nya ritningar från 1/7-22 har 3D-krav, detta är också ett sätt för att kunna hantera BCCS projektets leverantörsbyten och nya leverantörer. Du kommer även att arbeta med mätarmsmätning för produktionens utfallsprover och kontrollplaner samt felsökning vid avvikelser av komponenter i monteringen. Utöver detta kommer du agera bollplank till teknik, inköp, produktion och leverantörer för mättekniska frågeställningar. 
Denna tjänst är en temporär anställning på 12 månader men med möjligheter till förlängning.

Som Ankomstkontrollant kommer ditt uppdrag vara av yttersta vikt. Du ansvarar för att granska och säkerställa att varje artikel som anländer motsvarar våra exakta ritningsunderlag. Din profil

Your mission
As a Global Integration Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for one of our development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring alignment with integration standards and fostering a culture of innovation. You have experience as a leader and possess great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration. Required Qualifications:

Ditt uppdrag
Som Supplier Quality Assurance är du kontaktperson rörande kvalitetsfrågor med våra leverantörer. I rollen som SQA driver du ditt arbete självständigt utifrån satta rutiner rörande kvalitet i vårt ledningssystem. Vid avvikelser i monteringen på köpta varor eller tjänster ansvarar du för att nödvändiga aktiviteter utförs så att produkten når önskad kvalitet. Dina uppdrag kommer i form av ärenden i SharePoint från PQS (Production Quality Assurance), och exempel på möjliga aktiviteter är att säkerställa justering, ordna med ersättningsorder, boka ut ny artikel från lager eller att i samråd med teknik besluta om avvikelsen kan accepteras i begränsad omfattning. Vid fel från en leverantör skapar du en reklamation i M3 samt kommunicerar reklamationen till leverantören och säkerställer att problemet elimineras genom att analysera leverantörens kortsiktiga och långsiktiga plan innan reklamationen kan stängas. 
Du för ett nära samarbete med leverantörsutvecklarna och bistår som sakkunnig vid processäkring och deltar vid behov vid leverantörsmöten. Du har många kontaktvägar både internt och externt, varför en förmåga att skapa och odla dessa kontakter är en stor tillgång. Serviceanda är viktigt, och där till synes omöjliga uppgifter är en utmaning, inte en begränsning. När leverantörer kommer till oss på justeringsuppdrag agerar du värd och tar hand om dem på ett säkert och effektivt sätt.

Din profil
För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har erfarenhet inom kvalitet och kunskaper inom montering och logistik. Vi söker en erfaren Logistiksutvecklare som vill vara med och utveckla effektiva flöden och processer inom hela Epirocs Supply chain område! Your mission
Your mission as SRD Global Product Safety and Environmental Manager is to ensure that the Division has the prerequisites to provide safety leading & competitive Products minimizing time-to-market and risks in New Product Development (NPD) and Continuous Products Improvements (CPI), in the overall most cost-efficient way, securing Epiroc position as Safety leader during a dynamic Technology shift journey.

Your profile 
You have a Master’s in science within a relevant area or other highly qualified Engineering background, with at least 8-10 years of experience from technical product development with similar complexity as our Products. You have deep understanding of the applicable legal -and Environmental Product requirements e.g. the EU Machinery Directive, EN 16228, Technical File and other related standards and know how to interpret global regulations and standards to recommend design solution principles. You have a clear interest and a talent in preparing and giving training, tailoring effective processes, supporting tools & forums, collaborating with universities and other OEM:s, effectively leading key forums and engaging in external development of new –or amended product safety standards.
The candidate we are looking for is a highly motivated professional able to work independently in a cross functional global environment. Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, server administration, and storage solutions is essential. Proficiency in cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware) is expected, and experience with the cloud journey of another large global company is a significant plus.

Your mission
As Application Manager IT, the core of the mission is world class application lifecycle management. You will be responsible for the lifecycle maintenance of an application or application portfolio, ensuring compliance with business requirements as well as IT policies and guidelines. You will work in close collaboration with the owner of the application and the Application Manager Business. In parallel with application maintenance, you will also gather requirements and participate in sourcing activities, contract and vendor management as well as billing and resource planning. You will collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to identify opportunities to improve IT services and ensure effective integration with other systems.
Key responsibilities
Your primary role will be to manage, maintain, and enhance business critical applications according to our Application Maintenance Management model. You will also play a critical role in the implementation of Agile methodologies in your area of responsibility. Your deep understanding of IT technical components will be indispensable as you work to improve application availability, functionality, user experience, and performance. As Application Manager IT, you will also be responsible for understanding and documenting information classification, data management, and data flows.

Location for this role is preferably in Örebro, Sweden. Other locations may be considered upon discussion. As the role is global and meeting the stakeholders is vital, you can expect occasional travel.

Your mission

Your mission
To within 4 years of research studies receive a doctor´s hat in Cybersecurity! A modern mine relies on a plethora of different devices, technologies, and standards, that enhance the complicated task of ensuring a cyber-secure environment.

As an industrial PhD student at Epiroc you will work in close collaboration with the academic team and researchers at Örebro University to investigate cybersecurity challenges related to connectivity, authentication modes, data processing, and integration of modern AI tools within the digitalized mining environment. 
You will explore the cybersecurity threats originated from the deployment of IoT devices and sensors in a challenging environment such as a mine and in an autonomous mode of operation. 

You will analyze vulnerabilities and countermeasures that stem from different aspects, from limited connectivity issues (e.g., utilization of opportunistic networks or blockchain-based authentication) to the integration of AI-based algorithms across a distributed network, for example by deploying federated learning models.

Your Profile
For admission to doctoral studies, applicants are required to meet both general entry requirements and specific entry requirements. In addition, applicants must be considered in other respects to have the ability required to benefit from the programme as outlined by Örebro University.
Applicants meet the specific entry requirements for research studies in computer science if they have been awarded a Degree of Master of Science in Engineering or a one-year Master's degree from a programme within the subject field or related subjects, or if he or she has received a passing grade of at least 120 credits, including an independent project on the second cycle, in a main field of study of relevance to the computer science field. A person who has acquired substantially corresponding knowledge, in Sweden or abroad, also meets the specific entry requirements.

I rollen som Produktionstekniker kommer du tillhöra avdelningen Surface Division. Det är avdelningen på Epiroc som utvecklar, tillverkar och marknadsför utrustning för berg- och prospekteringsborrning. Maskinerna används världen över i olika tillämpningar inom väg- och vattenbyggnad, geoteknisk konstruktion, stenbrott och gruvor.
Teamet som du kommer tillhöra är en produktionsteknisk grupp på 35 personer där roller som Beredningstekniker, Produktionstekniker, Industrialiseringstekniker och Projektledare arbetar tätt tillsammans. Gruppen arbetar ständigt med strategisk planering och utveckling av monteringsmetoder, arbetsinstruktioner, kvalitetssäkring, produktivitetsökningar och rationaliseringar.

Jobbeskrivning
I rollen som Produktionstekniker jobbar du tillsammans med en grupp vars tydliga fokus kommer vara ständiga förbättringar, korta led- och byggtider samt förbättringar av produktkvalitet och leveranssäkerhet. Det, tillsammans med utmärkt service och support ser vi som nyckeln för ökad kundnöjdhet.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter som produktionstekniker innebär att du aktivt deltar i produktionsutvecklingsprocessen genom att kontinuerligt arbeta för förbättringar i arbetssätt och metodik för att öka produktivitet och minska produktkostnaden. Du jobbar tvärfunktionellt för att tillgodose produktionens intressen i olika forum och möten. I dina uppgifter ingår att upprätta monteringssekvenser, monteringsinstruktioner och checklistor samt att du ansvarar för framtagande av monteringshjälpmedel, t.ex. fixturer och momentverktyg. Du utför och deltar också i analysen av provmontage samt upprättar test- och kontrollmetoder i flödena. Just nu pågår stora digitaliseringsprojekt för att ta våra system och arbetssätt till nästa nivå, och dessa roller kan även bli en del av projektgruppen för detta.

Your mission
As SAP Support Lead & Business Process Expert, you will play a vital role in supporting our global operations with your SAP expertise, with specific focus on Sales & Supply Chain. This involves maintaining and enhancing 4 different global SAP ERP solutions used by roughly 20 Customer Centers and 2 Production facilities, while continually seeking opportunities for process enhancement.

You will oversee a dedicated SAP support team, currently made up of consultants based in India. Apart from support, the daily work includes managing smaller projects that fall within your domain, identifying and remedying process gaps and evaluating business benefit of any proposed changes and improvements. Another important part will be to support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and system adjustments.

As you will work with initiatives and requests cross-functionally and cross-divisionally, it is crucial to understand the processes and needs of our internal stakeholders. You will also work with Business Key Users (BKUs); knowledge-sharing and supporting with FAQs and development of training material.


Your profile
For this role, you must have several years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain and Sales (SD&MM;), demonstrating a high level of proficiency as an SAP user and profound understanding of general business processes. Additionally, experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Production (PP) is advantageous.

The preferred candidate has either previous knowledge or work experience in Epiroc business processes and companies, or experience from responsibilities with the same complexity from a similar role at another employer.

Your mission
As a Global Integration Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for one of our development teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring alignment with integration standards and fostering a culture of innovation. You have experience as a leader and possess great interpersonal and communication skills that reflect your desire for collaboration. Required Qualifications:

Your mission

As a Senior Electrification Specialist, you will be part of a small team of specialists and engineering managers in the global R&D organization. Your mission will be to understand and define power/energy demands of the surface applications and from that drive the next-generation electric powertrains while collaborating with both internal and external suppliers. You will support the Global Electrification Program Manager in developing an optimal technology roadmap for the future electrified powertrains in the surface drill rigs and associated infrastructure. This will be done while ensuring that this roadmap is continuously updated following the market trends, and its execution is continuously monitored.
You are expected to propose and motivate innovative electric powertrain solutions and prove its potential in our rigs with the support of our R&D engineers. You will be working with defining the requirements of the different components in electrified powertrains, be in the forefront of transforming the business and play a key role in reducing the climate impact on surface mining globally.

Your mission
As PLM System Administrator IT you will have the opportunity to work within a skilled maintenance team and have daily contact with our support team and our project managers and occasionally our end users. In our mission you are responsible for performing daily maintenance activities, responding, and solving third line support tickets and package and deploy new functionality of our applications. You will work with system administration which include monitoring, data clean up, writing and running scripts. You will also perform service window tasks and tests along with deploy of new functionality.

Furthermore, you will manage incident handling, troubleshooting and problem-solving and being part of the constant development of efficient ways of working. To manage infrastructure management and performance testing will also be part of the work.


Your profile

Your mission
 You will act as the Global Supply Chain’s authority and decision maker in regard to Service and Product Quality. This means helping to develop standards for our global warehouses to follow, provide training in ways-of-working, and secure we have the right metrics to track quality. Warehousing should be based on industry standards, focus on eliminating waste, and drive excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. 
Your Role
In this role, you will not be expected to fly in for a week, run training workshops, then fly out again. Instead, the focus is on putting in place global standards, metrics, and ways of working to be rolled out in all our warehouses, globally, which in turn will allow our Distribution Center managers to achieve industry standards and operational excellence. This challenging role requires taking a step back to focus on the big picture, based on years of experience within the four walls of the warehouse.
 Some examples of areas of responsibility;
* Support the Global Warehouse Manager with operational expertise & activities related to products and operations quality
* Develop and implement global quality policy, process & metrics
* Provide training and development as needed to achieve quality targets, and for example create a network of Quality professionals out in our regions.
* Review submitted CAPA reports from the regional teams to ensure customer complaints are properly addressed and effective CAPA are proposed and been follow up
* Lead or support quality-related projects, including quality aspects of for example WMS-implementations or new warehouse openings
* Maintain Quality related parameters of products in ERP system
* Suggest, draft, implement and then evaluate global quality improvements

 In this role you will work closely with the regional teams to support their overall goals of excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
You might also participate in running projects to set up new warehouses, restructure a poorly performing warehouse, or support on WMS-implementation.
Your Profile
 We believe you should have a Degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related subject and a documented expertise in driving Quality improvement initiatives. Knowledge and experience from material engineering is very meritorous. You have hands-on experience working within a warehouse combined with theoretical expertise in Quality management, for example, the Seven Tools of Quality or the Toyota Way / TPS. As this is a global opportunity, you should have strong English communication skills both verbal and written. Additional language and Project Management experience are considered a plus.
 To enjoy the work as Global Quality Specialist, you have a passion for quality. You enjoy putting in place standards and processes to help others improve quality. You have a gift for teaching and enjoy sharing the knowledge you’ve accumulated from years of experience working in and with warehouses or factories. The M3 Service Template Deployment Specialist position is within our Global Service Agreement and Workshop Operations department. We are an international team with global responsibilities. Our mission is focused on analytics of service agreement, workshop, and field services. We are also responsible for guidance regarding processes, safety, and best practices reviews on a global level. We work closely with the marketing and SHEQ departments. 

Your mission

As an M3 Service Template Deployment Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our team. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with global colleagues to ensure the successful deployment of the M3 service template. You will provide guidance to customer centers during the implementation phase, proactively identify and address deployment challenges, and assist in post-rollout optimization. Your role will also encompass overseeing service agreements, aligning workshop and field service operations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across regions.

Your profile 

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science) and a proven track record in M3 systems (ERP experience) and service template deployments. You should possess a deep understanding of service agreement processes, workshops, field service operations and asset maintenance cycle. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential, as you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally. 

Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be of use as you identify opportunities for process improvements. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are key qualities we value.

As this is a global team, fluency in English (spoken and written) is necessary. Knowledge of Swedish or Spanish language is considered a plus.

This position is based in Örebro, Sweden. The possibility of being located in HUB Garland, HUB Nanjing, or other locations in the proximity of Epiroc office may be considered. Vi söker dig med akademisk utbildning eller inom el som exempelvis elingenjör, elprojektör eller liknande. Du har full behörighet, är certifierad av Elsäkerhetsverket och har erfarenhet av att ha haft elsäkerhetsansvar tidigare.
Alternativt så har du en annan adekvat utbildningsbakgrund med praktisk erfarenhet och har startat resan mot full behörighet och certifiering.

Ditt uppdrag
I din roll som flödesledare ansvarar du för att leda och organisera ett av produktionens avslutande flöden, testcenter, och rapporterar till Quality & Test Center Manager. Du har en central roll i säkerställa att våra produkter från levererande produktionsflöden uppfyller de högsta kvalitetsstandarderna i enlighet med uppsatta kvalitetsmål. Du kommer att uppnå detta genomett ledarskap som främjar medarbetarnas förmåga att ge ansvarsfull feedback om avvikelser och förbättringsförslag i de tidigare produktionsstegen.
Rollen innebär att strukturera och fördela arbetet i produktionsflödet, coacha och engagera dina medarbetare mot uppsatta mål, och kontinuerligt utveckla slutkontrollprocessen för att möta uppställda krav. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med övriga delar i produktionen, så som flödesledare, supportfunktioner och R&D. Du har även en viktig roll i strategiarbeten och deltar i utvecklingsforum. 
Din profil
Vi söker dig som är en naturlig ledare med stort engagemang för säkerhet och kvalitet. Du har förmågan att skapa teamkänsla genom att lyssna, coacha och ge feedback. Du är också innovativ och har förmågan att föreslå och genomföra förbättringar. Eftersom oväntade situationer kan uppstå, är kreativitet och flexibilitet viktiga egenskaper. Your mission
As an engineer specializing in structural analysis and mechanical design, you will play a pivotal role in our quest for excellence. In the Application & Analysis group, you will design, analyze, and develop our Loaders and Trucks, serving as a catalyst for their evolution. This includes concept development, 3D CAD design and modeling, weld and screw joint dimensioning, strength and fatigue calculations using Ansys, creating drawings and product specifications, and liaising with suppliers.

Your profile
To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. While prior experience in FEA and mechanical design is a plus, it's not a strict requirement. What truly matters is your passion and potential.
Knowledge of products for demanding mobile applications is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Your expertise in general machine design and machine element dimensioning, such as screw and weld attachments, is preferable. Additionally, proficiency in weld technology, manufacturing methods, and materials will greatly contribute to your success in this development-focused role.
Fluent written and spoken English is a must. Meritorious qualifications include experience in the design of construction machinery, strong calculation skills, and proficiency in Ansys.

Your mission

Your mission as a Global Technical Service Engineer, Electrification, is to act as a subject matter expert, working closely with our Customer Centers (CC) and end customers providing on-site and off-site technical support and training related to our battery electric machines.

You will be tasked to upskill and support Epiroc Service technicians globally, increasing product reliability and safety, machine availability and user friendliness. You will perform First on Market start-ups (FoM), lead / handle duties within Continuous Product Improvement (CPI), machine testing and verification and perform installations where applicable.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing technical training materials, instructions related to Technical Service News Bulletins (TSNBs), machine specific System descriptions and standard Operating Procedures (SOP).


Your profile
We are looking for a person with a service minded and humble attitude, result driven mentality and drive for innovation and product development. You are analytical, well organized and structured with an eagerness to develop your personal and professional skills. 

You have a Technical university degree or equivalent experience, solid application and technical knowledge in vehicle electrification and experience in troubleshooting. Good technical understanding of the Epiroc product portfolio, underground and/or surface and technical service experience is a plus.     

To be successful in this role, you also need excellent computer literacy and solid administrative and report writing skills. Great communication and networking skills and fluency in English both verbal and written are a must.    

Location and travel
