Ditt uppdrag
Som konfigurationsingenjör hos oss har du ett helhetsansvar för konfiguration och förändringar inom ett tilldelat produktområde. Du äger hur produkter och maskiner är uppbyggda, förändras och införs i produktion. Från tidiga konstruktionsunderlag till färdig monterbar produkt.
Du fungerar som den tekniska länken mellan R&D, inköp och leverantörsled och säkerställer att tekniska krav kan omsättas till komponenter som går att tillverka, leverera och montera. I praktiken innebär rollen att du arbetar med hela kedjan; från ritningar och specifikationer, via leverantörsdialog och verifiering, till införande i produktion och utfasning av obsoleta artiklar.
I rollen ansvarar du för konfiguration och förändringshantering inom ditt produktområde. Det innebär bland annat att du:
•    Äger produktstrukturer, artiklar och konfigurationsdata samt säkerställer att dessa är korrekta och uppdaterade
•    Driver tekniska förändringar från konstruktion till införande i produktion
•    Planerar och genomför in- och utfasning av artiklar samt hanterar obsolet material
•    Säkerställer att nya komponenter kan industrialiseras och införas vid rätt tidpunkt
•    Arbetar i nära och daglig kontakt med flera funktioner inom organisationen, både nationellt och internationellt
Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och ett tydligt ägarskap, vilket ställer höga krav på kommunikation, struktur och samarbetsförmåga.

I rollen som Produktionstekniker kommer du tillhöra avdelningen Surface Division. Det är avdelningen på Epiroc som utvecklar, tillverkar och marknadsför utrustning för berg- och prospekteringsborrning. Maskinerna används världen över i olika tillämpningar inom väg- och vattenbyggnad, geoteknisk konstruktion, stenbrott och gruvor.
Teamet som du kommer tillhöra är en produktionsteknisk grupp på 35 personer där roller som Beredningstekniker, Produktionstekniker, Industrialiseringstekniker och Projektledare arbetar tätt tillsammans. Gruppen arbetar ständigt med strategisk planering och utveckling av monteringsmetoder, arbetsinstruktioner, kvalitetssäkring, produktivitetsökningar och rationaliseringar.
Ditt uppdrag
I rollen som Produktionstekniker jobbar du tillsammans med en grupp vars tydliga fokus kommer vara ständiga förbättringar, korta led-och byggtider samt förbättringar av produktkvalitet och leveranssäkerhet. Det, tillsammans med utmärkt service och support ser vi som nyckeln för ökad kundnöjdhet. 
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter som produktionstekniker innebär att du aktivt deltar i produktionsutvecklingsprocessen genom att kontinuerligt arbeta för förbättringar i arbetssätt och metodik för att öka produktivitet och minska produktkostnaden. Du jobbar tvärfunktionellt för att tillgodose produktionens intressen i olika forum och möten.

We have a multi ERP strategy within Epiroc and one of our global managed ERP applications is SAP. Our current SAP installation consist of 4 different SAP ERP solutions that is used by 20 customer centers and 2 productions centers. We have started the cloud journey of upgrade one of our installations for the customer center to the SAP S4HANA. The upgrade will let our business to be able to utilise the latest functionality provided from the SAP application. We are therefore looking for a Team Lead that will lead and develop the team to be prepared for changes with the upgrade to a new installation. The team is a small and effective team in an international environment. .

Your mission
Lead international team within agile working model.

You will be responsible for the lifecycle maintenance of the application ensuring compliance with business requirements, IT policies and guidelines. You will drive and follow up that processes are followed for support and change management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to improve and enhance the business benefits of the SAP application.

In collaboration with the sourcing function, you will have the responsibility for contracts and vendor management for the SAP application.

Your profile
You have an experience within ERP and preferable SAP ERP solutions.

You have a University Degree or similar knowledge gained through work experience. Experience with leading teams is beneficial.  

You have more than 4 years of experience within an IT area in an international company.

Ditt uppdrag

I produktionen arbetar vi med avancerade CNC-maskiner, fina toleranser och höga renhetskrav. Din roll som CNC-operatör är att säkerställa ett effektivt produktionsflöde med hög kvalitet från början till slut. Du kommer producera i maskiner enligt ritningar/instruktioner och övervaka maskinerna för att se till att bearbetningen håller hög precision och kvalitet. Det ingår även underhåll av maskinerna som en viktig del av ditt arbete.

Du behöver ha:
En relevant utbildning inom området.
Erfarenhet av CNC?bearbetning.
Goda kunskaper i ritningsläsning.
Goda kunskaper i mätning och kontroll.
Förmåga att fatta egna beslut i det dagliga arbetet.
God samarbetsförmåga och kommunikation med andra funktioner.
Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

Ditt uppdrag
Ditt huvudsakliga uppdrag är att leda och organisera ett av våra produktionsflöden, med fokus på att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för våra montörer att leverera produkter av hög kvalitet – i rätt tid. Du arbetar nära ditt team och stöttar dem i det dagliga arbetet, utvecklar processer och säkerställer att arbetsmiljö, kvalitet och effektivitet hela tiden förbättras. Samarbete över avdelningarna är centralt, och du arbetar nära andra flödesledare, supportfunktioner och R&D samt bidrar i strategiska forum.
I rollen ingår att:
* Leda och koordinera det dagliga arbetet i produktionsflödet genom att vara närvarande i verksamheten och tillgänglig för ditt team.
* Stötta och motivera teamet genom coachande ledarskap, tydliga mål och kontinuerlig feedback.
* Säkerställa att arbetsmiljö och rutiner följs och kontinuerligt förbättras.

We have a multi ERP strategy within Epiroc and one of our global managed ERP applications is SAP. Our current SAP installation consist of 4 different SAP ERP solutions that is used by 20 customer centers and 2 productions centers. We have started the cloud journey of upgrade one of our installations for the customer center to the SAP S4HANA. The upgrade will let our business to be able to utilise the latest functionality provided from the SAP application. We are therefore looking for a Team Lead that will lead and develop the team to be prepared for changes with the upgrade to a new installation. The team is a small and effective team in an international environment. .

Your mission
Lead international team within agile working model.

You will be responsible for the lifecycle maintenance of the application ensuring compliance with business requirements, IT policies and guidelines. You will drive and follow up that processes are followed for support and change management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to improve and enhance the business benefits of the SAP application.

In collaboration with the sourcing function, you will have the responsibility for contracts and vendor management for the SAP application.

Your profile
You have an experience within ERP and preferable SAP ERP solutions.

You have a University Degree or similar knowledge gained through work experience. Experience with leading teams is beneficial.  

You have more than 4 years of experience within an IT area in an international company.
As for your personal skills we are looking for someone who is goal orientated, fast learner and eager to learn along the way. 

You are able to adopt new technologies and tools when needed, open-minded to enjoy intellectual sparring and knowledge sharing.

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.
We also expect you to have good analytical and administration skills.

Your Mission

As a Release and Configuration Manager you will ensure that our software, parameters, and system configurations are planned, verified, documented, and consistently released across platforms and product lines.

You will work at the interface between software engineering, system architecture, product development, and operations, ensuring high?quality releases and a stable configuration baseline.

The role combines technical understanding with coordination and process ownership, rather than full-time hands-on development or system simulation.

Please note that this role does not include people management. The “manager” responsibility refers to managing releases, configurations, and processes rather than leading a team.

Release Management
Plan, coordinate and execute high?quality software releases for autonomous drilling systems.
Drive release readiness, documentation, quality assurance compliance, and cross?team alignment.
Ensure predictable delivery and compliance with Epiroc’s software processes and product standards.

Configuration Management
Maintain and control configuration baselines and the SW?BOM across complex system landscapes.
Manage change control, reviews, and traceability for software, documentation, and parameters.
Ensure data integrity across CM tools and documentation systems (e.g., Git?based tools, PLM, DevOps).

System Engineering (Complementary Responsibilities)
Contribute to system architecture, functional evaluations and design proposals.
Analyze system?level impacts of software and hardware updates.
Support development, validation, and integration activities across projects.

Collaboration

Tillsammans med teamet har du som montör ett stort ansvar att leverera borrmaskiner, rotationsenheter och reservdelar enligt produktionsplanen. I vår produktion monteras kompletta enheter i en taktad lina. 
Som borrmaskinsmontör kommer du att utföra flera spännande arbetsmoment utan tunga lyft, som bland annat: 
•    Förberedelse av tillverkningsorder – i förberedelsen ingår att produktbärare och materialvagn förbereds enligt kommande sekvens till monteringslinan.
•    Montage av borrmaskiner/rotationsenheter – montering sker i en taktad lina som består av fem  stationer. 
•    Montage av reservdelar – detta är ett individuellt montage där man som montör utgår ifrån ritningar.
•    Funktionsprov av kompletta enheter som sker i produktionsprovningen.
•    Arbete med ständiga förbättringar.
I den här rollen är kraven höga på samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet, effektivitet och ansvarskänsla. Du kommer att ansvara för kvaliteten och leveranssäkerheten på allt som du och teamet levererar och du arbetar i ett nära samarbete med bland annat operatörer, konstruktörer och produktionstekniker. Your mission

As an Electrical Designer at Power Systems you will be responsible for the electrical design of cables, electrical cabinets and panels, as well as control systems, in the 5-1000V range. In addition, you will commission, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems during the development of our newest machines.

Your role will also involve collaborating with suppliers to select components, setting up structures in the PLM system, maintaining and developing functions for existing products, and implementing design changes to ensure production feasibility.

Your Profile

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with solid leadership experience, preferably focused on quality work within the manufacturing industry or a similar field. A technical academic degree or equivalent work experience is required. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must.



You should be self-motivated, structured, and communicative with a coaching approach. Key skills include quality management, process management, audit experience, and knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methods. Experience with 8D, problem-solving, statistical methods, quality tools, and FMEA is an advantage. Your ability to develop and manage KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, interpret standards, and lead change will be critical for success in this role.

Your mission

Your Mission
We are looking for engineers with specialized knowledge in power electrics for mobile machinery. Power electrics on drill rigs provide essential functions, such as operating AC motors. Drill rigs with battery electric tramming use an 800 V DC system. The AC systems connect to site infrastructure and provide motor start, protection functions, emergency stops, and other features.
High-voltage DC is a central component in Battery Electric Vehicles, supporting functions such as on-board charging, propulsion, power control, and others.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our electrical systems—both hardware and functionality—to satisfy future performance, availability, and safety standards. Your work will span activities from product maintenance to early-stage base development with low TRL levels. Close collaboration with Global R&D teams, customers, and suppliers worldwide will be a key aspect of the position.

Your Profile
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible, and delivery oriented person with a structured and analytical approach, combining theory and practice. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation are a must.
The ideal candidate brings:

* University degree in electrical engineering  or equivalent background.
* Knowledge in relevant ISO standards such as EN60204.
* At least 3 years experience in component selection, dimensioning and design of 400-1000V AC systems
* 800V DC experience is a merit

Your Team
As a Production Engineer, you will be part of the Surface Division, which develops, manufactures and markets equipment for rock and exploration drilling. These machines are used worldwide in various applications such as civil engineering, geotechnical construction, quarries, and mining.
You will join a production engineering team of 35 people, including roles such as Process Engineers, Production Technicians, Industrialization Engineers, and Project Managers. The team works continuously with strategic planning and development of assembly methods, work instructions, quality assurance, productivity improvements, and streamlining processes.
Your Mission
In this role, you will work with a team focused on continuous improvement, reducing lead and build times, and enhancing product quality and delivery reliability. Together with excellent service and support, we see this as the key to increased customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities as a Production Engineer include actively participating in the production development process by continuously improving work methods and techniques to increase productivity and reduce product costs. This role will have a strong focus on battery systems, ensuring battery communication and verification testing of battery modules.
You will work cross-functionally to represent production interests in various forums and meetings. Your tasks will include establishing assembly sequences, instructions, and checklists, as well as being responsible for developing assembly aids such as fixtures and torque tools. You will also perform and participate in prototype assembly analysis and establish test and control methods within the production flow.

The position is located in Norra Bro, Örebro.

Rollen innebär att strukturera och fördela arbetet inom ditt område, coacha och engagera dina medarbetare och tillsammans med teamet driva ständiga förbättringar. 
Du är en nyckelperson inom produktionsledningen för borrmaskinsaffären och del av både den dagliga styrningen och det strategiska utvecklingsarbetet. Samarbete och helhetstänk mellan olika funktioner t ex R&D, Lab, Kvalitet och Produktion är också mycket viktigt för verksamheten.

Your mission

Your mission in this role is to work as a strategic accelerator and facilitator. You will bridge the gap between Epiroc`s strategic customers and mine sites, Epiroc factories, Customer Centres and technology teams, empowering them to reduce human exposure and reach new levels of  efficiency and operational excellence based on global best practice.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our customers to communicate the company’s vision and share best practices. You’ll map current equipment, methods, and performance to identify potential improvements, allowing you to guide thoughtful discussions about current practices and opportunities for growth. You’ll develop and drive implementation roadmaps that bring the vision operational improvements to life. You have the ability to look beyond todays practices and seek alignment to work as partners towards a common vision.

Additionally, you will be also responsible for building up confidence and experience out in our Customer Centers.

Your profile

You bring a solid technical background with a degree preferably in mining engineering. You have over 10 years of industry experience in mining from different roles with a broad rather than deep experience. Your expertise in mine operations enables you to refine procedures and promote best practices. You understand that the human aspect of change management and technology implementation is the most important factor.

Your mission
As Regional Transportation Manager, you will ensure that goods move efficiently and cost-effectively across the EMEA region. You will lead the regional transportation strategy, drive day-to-day transportation operations, and make sure we meet service, compliance, and safety standards. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving, with the confidence to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing conditions.


You will manage a team of around eight colleagues in Sweden and three in Africa, and work closely with our Trade Compliance team. Together, you will build ways of working that create value for the business and for our customers.


What you will do
Lead and develop the EMEA transportation team, coaching and supporting colleagues to grow and succeed.
Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure on-time delivery in line with service agreements.
Design and implement transportation strategies that optimize cost, service, and sustainability.
Manage and negotiate with carriers and logistics partners, ensuring strong performance and fair agreements.
Monitor transportation KPIs, budgets, and freight costs, using data and analytics to drive improvements.
Secure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with planning, customer service, sales, distribution centers, and other functions to deliver on business priorities.
Contribute to our digital transformation by using transportation management systems (TMS) and analytics tools.

We’re seeking engineers with expertise in power electrics and/or High Voltage DC.
Power electric on drill rigs suppies various functions such as drivelines and hydraulics. The work includes high loads motorstarts (180kW), Emergency stop, Power outlets, etc. when the drill rigs are connected to a grid. High voltage DC is the core of Battery Electric Vehicle with functions such as on board charging, driving, interfaces with the battery pack and electrical safety.
Your role will involve developing, implementing, and adapting our electrical systems in terms of hardware and functionality to meet future performance, availability, and safety requirements. You`ll work on various development from product maintenance to base development with low TRL level. You’ll collaborate closely with Global R&D, Customers and suppliers worldwide.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate brings:
* University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent engineering background.
* Knowledge in relevant ISO standards such as EN60204.
* Professional experience in VCB 400-1000VAC and 700VDC.
* Knowledge of mobile machineries electrical systems.
* Experience with software development, AutoCAD, Simulink simulation is a merit.
* Ability to take ideas from concept to product.
* English on a profesional level is a must and understanding of Swedish is a plus.

Global Application Portfolio Manager

Your Mission
In this role you will be the overall responsible for the Application portfolio management across Epiroc, today 1000+ applications.

Your Profile

You bring at least 8 years of experience managing application portfolios or comparable responsibilities and have successfully implemented processes and tools. Perhaps you come from a similar role as an Enterprise Architect or have spent a few years at a consulting firm running projects within the application portfolio area.

Effective communication and leadership skills will be crucial, as you’ll interact with senior stakeholders including Process and Application Managers, Councils, IT Boards, Project Managers and resource owners to keep everyone aligned.
