As Product Compliance Manager, you will drive and coordinate compliance activities across the product lifecycle from early development to market release and ongoing product maintenance. Lead and coordinate product compliance activities for products containing both hardware and software

Your mission

Your Mission
As a Global Master Planner, you will ensure global visibility of supply, optimize availability, and contribute to planning excellence across our distribution network. Your work will support both short-term operational performance and long?term strategic initatives.
 You will:
Coordinate and execute the daily manual allocation process.
Monitor supply capability and parts availability.
Collaborate with regional supply planners and other Epiroc divisions to secure smooth demand fulfilment as per given prioritization.

Kvalifikationer för rollen är:

* Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och förbättringsarbete, gärna med LEAN?metodik.
* God systemförståelse (erfarenhet av M3 är meriterande).
* Förmåga att kommunicera obehindrat på engelska och svenska.

In this role, you will be a key PLM resource for our manufacturing organization, supporting a wide range of colleagues across operations. You will drive smooth implementation projects at local production sites while also leading Proofs of Concept and pilot activities for new functionality on a global scale.

Your Mission
In this role, you will help us develop the future of our manufacturing landscape by driving digital transformation across design, production, and business systems.
You will contribute to building a seamless digital flow that supports smarter, faster, and more sustainable ways of working.
Using modern PLM technologies such as Teamcenter and integrating with ERP/MES systems, you will help shape solutions that make tangible impact.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and IT teams, support local implementation projects, and lead global pilot initiatives.
Together with the Digitalization Lead URE and the Variant Configuration program, you will help influence how we work while developing your own skills within PLM and digital manufacturing.

Your Role
You bring experience from manufacturing, PLM, or digitalization roles where you have worked with business processes and cross?functional collaboration.
You work hands-on with LM platforms, preferably Teamcenter and familiarity with systems such as ERP or MES. Experience with MBOM structures, configuration management, or product data workflows is a strong advantage.
You feel confident leading change initiatives, supporting process rollouts, and training both superusers and end?users.
With a structured and analytical mindset, you safeguard high data quality, troubleshoot issues proactively, and continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance our ways of working.
You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicate clearly and inclusively, also in global forums.
Very good English skills, both spoken and written, are required. Swedish is beneficial but not essential.
